It’s good to talk

24.08.2021

Dear Friends,

I’ve been thinking about you and sincerely hoping that wherever you are, you are staying well and looking after yourselves.

When I say staying well, I mean, in your head. These times are extraordinary. If you, like me, are in lockdown, you movements are restricted and most of your usual activities limited. You may be isolating or isolated as my beloved parents are.

For me, the hardest part of these times is not knowing. The future is completely unknown, stretching well out in front of us.

At a recent board meeting I attended (via Zoom of course), one of the directors mentioned that he telephones someone he hasn’t spoken to in a while
every other day. I thought this a fabulous idea. I’ve started doing it too. I feel more connected and it gives me a sense of purpose.

Please don’t suffer in silence.

I also wanted to let you know that Stay Kind Conversations continues and we have four new live (free) and virtual conversations coming your way.

This Thursday 26 August 2021 at 7 pm (Eastern) I’ll be interviewing Dr Paul Priesz, Head of Emergency at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. I promise you, it will be uplifting and informative.
You can book your place here:

I’ll let you know about the other speakers in a few weeks.

For now, stay safe and take care.

Jane x
